Brasserie WOLF swept the votes at the 2006 Singapore Gourmet Hunt competition to win the Most Popular Western Cuisine Restaurant award. The achievement comes just five months after the charming French brasserie opened its doors.
Located by the Singapore River at The Pier at Robertson, this authentically Parisian brasserie combines a casual and relaxed ambience with the culinary standards and service of a fine dining restaurant. From interiors to staff uniforms to the menu, owner Wolfgang Lapper has taken every effort to incorporate the finer details that make this a total brasserie, the only one of its kind in Singapore.
Brasserie WOLF’s classical French cuisine is designed by Chef Philippe Nouzillat, who has cooked with Michelin-star chefs Roland Durand and Raymond Blanc. Chef Nouzillat’s creations are inspired by only the freshest produce from across the world, and the traditional cookery styles of France. All complemented by a wide range of fine wine and champagnes, from Brasserie WOLF’s extensive wine cellar. |
